“Firstly, delivery was on time and drivers were very pleasant and efficient in their job. I'm very pleased with my sofa bed. It's very comfortable and colour is just what I wanted. Very pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend.”

“Sofa arrived on time ( 7 days after order placey as was on stock). Delivery people were really nice and polite. Sofa itself seems to be very good quality overall. Time will telll. Definitely recommend.”

“The sofa I got is OK but not the fabric I expected. I wanted a wipeable, leather type and I got a nylon velour that will show every spec & dog hair. The fabric in the picture is no longer available and when the colour choices come up the picture doesn't change. Also on the colour choices it doesn't state the fabric so I thought I was getting a wipable fabric. I put leather corner sofa in the search and that's what the picture was of but that's not the sofa I got. On the invoice it states the name given to the fabric but that means nothing unless you work for msofa. I engaged in an online chat which was very frustrating because she just said 'did you phone for advice'? 'did you request a free fabric sample? The quality of the sofa is OK but this fabric is going to be a nightmare. The delivery guys were nice but wanted to charge me £40 to dismantle the storage side of the sofa. Unless your front door goes straight into the lounge there's no way it will fit or go around a corner without being dismantled. I refused to pay.”

“Great selection of sofas and fabrics/colours. I ordered mine online and it was delivered just 2.5 weeks later, a lot sooner than I expected. Sofa is lovely, great quality and is exactly like the fabric swatch I ordered. Very pleased”

“We have just received our sofa from MSofas! I would highly recommend it to anyone! Stylish and good quality at a great price. The sofa quality is excellent and we love the build in storage. Delivery was timely and seamless. They were updating us about the time of delivery and they have built the sofa quickly and with no mess behind them.”
