“Bad points, they are restrictive in when a delivery can take place, make sure you can get someone in to receive it if you have a tight schedule. Good points, I used to work in the sofa business. It is well put together, almost exactly spot on with measurements and look the absolute bees knees. So very happy with it. Thank you guys for the sofa. 😁”

“Ridiculous! First of all paid for delivery of 60-70£ just for the delivery driver to tell me he cant take the item upstairs. Unpacking the sofa was a myth and getting rid of the rubbish was a myth. Picture shows one day of using the couch and allready has sitting marks. Sofa looks nice but its just for looks! It has not been 2 weeks and look at the marks. Waste of money !!”

“Amazing quality, azong service, was not expecting it all to be set up fore with the cost of the sofa. Thought they would do what other companies do and just dump it, they were so skilled, fast and helpful and lovely. They were also tolerable of 3 cats even though there wasn't a lot of space. I can't imagine other companies being this helpful, I was actually nervous for issues before they came but so relieved and wowed. Thank you guys we love our sofas and I spent a tiny bit more than I was meant to but was so worth it.”

“The process of ordering our new Sofas was so easy - the website lays out all of the options and information you need. We even visited the showroom in Halifax where the team were so helpful and seeing the products in person along with this friendly support and helpful advice made the decision easy. The staff are super helpful in person, online, or on the phone. The sofa we chose was the Asto XL with a delivery timeframe of 6-8 weeks - we got it in 5 weeks so brilliant. The proce was outstanding for what you get and the quality looks and feels top notch - would 200% recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa!! 6 stars !!”

“Lovely sofa, as described and fabric very soft. worth the wait. Only complaint would be good to have more information on delivery date as you don’t find out until a week or so before. The delivery was 6 am which is too early”

“Customer service, delivery and folding our New sofa was amazing, fast and without any complications. We were worry to order sofa online but it was completely unnecessary. Sofa is very comfy and totally match our living room. They helped us to choose material which is good for cats :) we love it, highly recommend and thank you so much!”

“Sofa arrived to the exact specification as ordered. No problem choosing the fabric as managed to get a number of testers through the post before ordering. Delivery was quick and very efficient. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“Ordered a sofa in Dec was told max time for delivery 4 weeks. After 8 weeks and numorous contacts was given a date for delivery the date passed and still no sofa chased it up again and threatened to cancel payment through creditcard, recieved sofa a week later with a promise of 5% refund due to it being late. Still not recieved the refund now in mid March. Sent numorous messages no reply so gona write this honest review. Sofa quality is good customer service very poor, delivery time very bad. Never buy from this company again.”
