“The guys who delivered the sofa were so friendly and helpful. Didn't leave until they had positioned it exactly where I wanted and weren't phased that my living room was on the first floor. The sofa is nice quality, firm and comfortable.”

“Excellent quality sofa at a really competitive price. All the specifications was followed by the company. The delivery service was great. The lads assembled it and cleared all the packaging. Polite and really helpful. Would order from MS Sofas again. Highly recommended. Such service and quality can not be found on the High Street. Thank you very much 😊”

“Great communication, helpful staff at showroom, delivery as promised and great sofa so far. It is huge sofa, firm enough, seems good quality material, very easy to make a bed. Guys who delivered it were amazing and nothing was a problem for them.”

“I'm not happy. The sofa came slightly broken from below. I sent an e-mail, which was accompanied by photos and there was no response from them, they did nothing about it.”

“Sofa was delivered within timescales. It was good quality and well priced. Not 5 stars because the seat is very firm, something that should have been pointed out in the description, we have had to buy a mattress topper for the sofa bed.”

“I wouldn’t be able to speak on quality of the sofa as I still haven’t received mine. I’ve ordered in January, we are in March and I still don’t have it It took one month for the sofa to arrive, but on delivery the sofa they brought was green, when what I ordered was meant to be black. It had to be sent back and the black one done again, so it took again ages! Had to cancel my mother-in-law’s flight to come in as she wouldn’t have anything to sleep on. After all the fuss and the fact that they could not bring it fast after they made a mistake, they wouldn’t even agree to not charge me for £40 extra for the change of floors from ground to first floor. Overall, customer service very disappointing!”

“Perfect! Sofa came in 6 weeks great service and amazing comfy sofa! I ordered a sofa from M&S for over 1k took 3 months to come and was delivered broken then took 4 months to be collected. Where as msofa delivered the sofa in 6 weeks with my personalised colour super comfy amazing customer service. They even set up my sofa for me 10/10 definitely best sofa place that will last.”

“Delivery drivers was very friendly the sofa bed is very comfortable only issue was the colour when I ordered the sofa I thought I ordered black when it arrived it was brown. I ordered soft 3 which I thought was firmness as it didn’t state actual colour eg black brown blue etc. i contacted them they said I ordered soft 3 which was the colour there was no colour name next to it just numbers. I’m now use to the sofa and really like it. But it’s besides the point.”

“Really happy with the sofa we received. The delivery was super quick and we couldn’t of asked for more from the delivery men. We were worried about ordering online but the sofa was amazing and exactly like pictures. I would definitely recommend this company.”
