“Beautiful brown leather sofabed, comfortable to sit on only problem the sleeping mattress is very thin and hard so not very comfortable to sleep on it.”

“The only reason I give 4 stars is that,although I have communicated with the company in advance about the measurements of the access ways to get the sofa in the lounge,at the time of delivery only part of it could be brought in trough the doors.So be aware of the fact that,even if on the website it says items can be send dismantled and assembled at the location,with big,bulky items like my corner sofa bed that wasn’t possible.You might have to,as I did,find someone to remove the glass of the window in order to get the furniture inside and luckily I had an empty garage to store the sofa until then.Apart from this little mishap,I am very pleased with the quality of the product so far,the delivery service and communication in respect to the delivery was good and the products are reasonably priced to suit every budget.I would actually recommend M Sofas and probably use them again.So,all in all,happy customer.”

“I would rate the sofa a 5 star, however MSofas could do with providing more up to date information on the progress of your order. I contacted them many times and was just told it would be x amount of weeks. Even on the week it was due I contacted them and still told the same thing, then you get contacted with a small 2-5 day delivery window.”

“Good design and prices and as promised. It's been over a month since we took delivery and we are still quite happy with the sofa.... However, the quality of the faux leather is not the best and is starting to look a big 'saggy' especially on one of the 2 parts of the unit - the quality of one part is not as good as the other so I guess this is why the price was so competitive. But the style and design of the sofa is great and not available elsewhere.”

“The sofa is brilliant. It comes apart easily to get through the front door. Started out very stiff but after a few days softened up nicely and now is super comfy. We didn't pay the extra to get the pull out bit in the same material but we pull it out as a foot rest all the time so wish we did now. Delivery was longer than stated but I kept pestering through the live chat and someone always got back to me with updates.”

“Bought a Sofa which turned quickly into my favorite piece of furniture at home - even though it took a few weeks to be delivered, I think the wait was worthwile - guys that brought the couch helped assembly it quickly.”

“It's huge! Came on time, delivery guys put it together. Easily fit through a standard size door. Customer service second to none. Slight issue with material chosen but sorted immediately with choice of replacement or refund. I took refund due to material being more practical which was a blessing in disguise. Very firm and low seating”

“Ordered this sofa in a dark mustard colour and it’s stunning. Nice and firm to sit on rather than squishy which we prefer - and that also makes it much better when pulled out as a bed. Delivery was efficient and well communicated and the delivery men were super polite and helpful. Such a refreshing standard of service.”

“It’s lovely big and good quality but pictures don’t showings real Colors and materials structure. We ordered this sofa in color and material like on pic and was supersizes when arrived cos look completely different (still nice but different) more like white and cream then grey and different material”

“The sofa is nice good quality and comfortable . Great service all rubbish they took with them. Just little disappointed because of colour I was expecting something Orion 5 stone like was in picture. This is too light and more like cream colour. But still nice fit in my living r”
