“I was very pleased with the service from everybody involved in the process. I used the chat help and they were very useful and helpful. Same with the email. The delivery guys were super nice. The produce is very nice. The only thing I was disappointed about is the finish on the pull out section of the sofa which I was expecting to be made with the same fabric as the sofa. Instead it is a complete different fabric in a complete different colour so not a fan, but there was no picture of the sofa opened up online so I did assume it'd be one way and I didn't ask. For the rest, looking good.”

“This corner sofa got me feeling like a superstar. One of the best bought. It is comfortable. Soft leather. Spacious compartment for storage. It opens wide turning into king size bed. The brain behind this creation is brilliant. If you want a soft without breaking the Bank here you have one. AAA+ Highly recommended.”

“It looks nice! Although it's somehow smaller than I expected, it's comfortable, the colours match the pictures and it arrived early. I'm not sure if I misread the details when I placed the order, when deciding if it should be 'left hand side' or 'right hand side', it may be worth realising that this detail is considered as if looking at the sofa rather than if you imagine being sat on it. After measuring my living room, I thought the longer side would go on 1 wall better than another so I ordered left hand side according to diagrams. Turns out should have been right hand side to match my visualization. Luckily it still fits and as I said, I'm not 100% if the detail escaped my attention- left or right hand is as looking at it not as you would sit on it. Overall, good quality, friendly service both over the phone and when delivered.”

“The set was easy to construct, and looks really smart, the final product I was really happy with although the biggest panel for the bed, that sits against the wall, Did have two holes missing in the wooden Baton, it seemed to make no difference to overall structural integrity of the bed, but please make sure in future that all holes in all timber, is correctly placed or actually drilled Otherwise 4 stars and a happy customer”

“Good service received from MSofas especially as I had to pre-agree a delivery date and time during a very busy period for them. The delivery was timely and smooth running - very polite delivery guys both of whom were professional and courteous even though they had a long drive ahead of them to Aberdeen and then back to Halifax! The delivery guys took a photograph of the delivered sofa in its new home. Just one thing of note: there is some damage (approximately 5 tears) to the white boarding underneath the bedding storage section of the sofa bed - this was not noticed until after delivery and inspection. Also, the fold out bed section has two leather handles which are used to pull the bed upwards - it would have been beneficial if the storage lift-up section also had a similar handle as this is fairly heavy to lift. Other than the above, a good quality product. Thank you Msofas.”

“Great sofa and very happy with the delivery. The only problem was that the sofa is missing a few black feet that fit onto the main silver feet. We are hoping these will be sent to us soon. Thank you. John.”

“Really nice looking sofa, I chose the blue in the picture but could imagine it would be nice in almost any colour. Delivery and assembly went smoothly. The delivery guys arrived when they said they would and set everything up quickly. I went for a stain resistant fabric which I recommend, managed to get a bike oil stain out quickly with just warm water and soap. The only downside is that it's not super comfy, just a little hard but definitely not uncomfortable.”
