“Hi sofa is lovely however it was damaged before it arrived (chunk of leather out arm of sofa) the company are taking no responsibility for the damage even though I send pics of the sofa still in the packaging as I noticed it when opening the sofa. This damage was obviously done during the sofa getting packed up for shipping. So I would not recommend this company or use it again”

“I would love to give a review of the product. However after nearly 20 weeks the Sofa I ordered still hasn't arrived. Not only has it not arrived, after constantly following up with MSofas, I still haven't been given a delivery window. Each time I follow up I've been told "we'll send you a delivery time in the next 2 weeks". Each person I've spoken to has been courteous and understanding, but as of right now I really can't recommend MSofa. Especially if you need a sofa at some point this year!”

“I had looked for a very specific aubergine colour and none of the other companies had it. M Sofas was recommended by Astrid Interior Designer. It was extremely easy to select, personalise, order and get it delivered. It took a bit longer the delivery but it was Xmas so I was not surprised. I guess the only thing is that you can't try the sofas before buying so mine is a bit on the hard side but for the price, I can't complain.”

“It’s been 2.5 weeks since we have this sofa so not long but it seems to be of a very good quality. It’s sturdy and comfortable. The back pillows are bouncy. It has a useful bed with storage function. The delivery guys were very good, efficient and demonstrated some of the sofa features to us. All in all we’re happy with our purchase so far.”

“Wow!! What an amazing service from start to finish. I really cannot fault Msofas. I am in love with my new sofa. It looks gorgeous and it’s so comfortable. I was kept upto date with delivery, and on the day of delivery the men were on time, brought it in up in the lift to my flat and assembled it and took the packaging away :) Leaving me standing there admiring my new sofa! I really am over the moon. Worth every single penny. My dog loves it too :) Thanks so much Msofas. Great company who I highly recommend. 5 star rating all day”
