“The service was always professional polite and clear. On reflection. Point for using the online solicitors was not a good experience though and I had very little communication from them and certainly not clear on matters. Also had big issues logging into accounts. Without Jill’s input and knowledge we would have found it intolerable working with the solicitors.”
