“It's been really hard work. I have had to ask a lot of questions at every step of the way I order to get the best deal for me and minimise extra charges. When my circumstances changed, there was no continuity with previous conversations about what I was looking for. There were timely responses but a lot of miscommunication and information was not forthcoming. I've ended up going with my current provider to save any more stress, which I could have done myself anyway.”
