“James was brilliant from the first meeting we had, to the end of the process when the re-mortgage was complete. He listened to us and understood our specific situation before doing the relevant research to come back with best solution for us. He was friendly and approachable throughout and went above and beyond his role when getting involved with the solicitors to get our case moved to a different firm. I would recommend James and his services to anybody who may need help with mortgages and he is a real credit to GHL Direct.”

“We contacted alistair in February asking for his advice with getting a mortgage. When we had our deposit ready in April he was helpful and consistent and kept us updated every step of the way all the way up until we completed on our house in November.
