“I was helped by Natasha Daley and Emma Mears. They have both been exceptional in helping me secure a mortgage on a property which I thought was nearly impossible to get a mortgage on at an amazing rate. From start to finish, the communication and reassurance from both Natasha and Emma has been excellent! I will definitely be using their services again! Thank you both.”

“Damon managed to get a high street lender for my partner and I at a great fixed rate. ( we didn't think this would be possible due to past credit) Emma kept us updated and in the loop, she constantly chased the bank for updates, and always answered my emails back promptly. I couldn't be happier with Mortgage light's service. Huge shout out to Damon and Emma both of you have done so well. We are very excited to move into our first home. Highly recommended!!”

“I first used Mortgage Light two years ago and the service then was incredible making me feel really valued and listened to when arranging my first mortgage and taking me through all the options until everything was finalised so I was really relieved when they said then they'd be back in touch when it was time to remortgage when the fixed deal ended. So fast forward two years (and all the 'fun' of Covid and the political landscape) to 2022 and the joy of receiving an email from Michael to tell me it was time to look at my mortgage again. Michael has had the patience of a saint - I ask a lot of questions and have a habit of somewhat thinking aloud with my process of understanding information and Michael has been consistently personable, friendly and reassurring in getting me through this next stage of home ownership. He's given over plenty of time in making sure I was happy and fully confident in the new mortgage offer and has locked it in just before, at the time of writing, two more increases in interest rates with another tipped to follow which means not only has he been a superstar of customer service but also saved me a significant amount of money each month for the next five years at least. I cannot recommend Mortgage Light enough. In an uncertain world they are a certainty you cannot afford to overlook.”

“John and Lauren at Mortgage Light provided a first-class service that went above and beyond my expectations. John has been brilliant since day one: every step from the Fact Find, looking at figures for different shared ownership properties, through to submitting the mortgage application was explained clearly and no conversations felt rushed. Being a first-time buyer and daunted by the whole process, I felt reassured dealing with a broker who really listened and paid attention to the details. Lauren was great at keeping me informed; emails were replied to quickly and her communications were always really positive. I went with Mortgage Light because I heard good things from other people, and I know I made the right decision. I highly recommend Mortgage Light and will continue to use their services.”
