I used Mortgage Light for my previous mortgage and wasn’t going anywhere else for this renewal. I originally emailed the guy who did my first mortgage but he had left the company and Sam very kindly picked up my case. I was a tad early to renew but Sam said she would call in a few months, of which she did. Non pushy, informative and professional. Mortgages aren’t always straight forward but Sam was super at explaining the different options. The support continued throughout the process - friendly and helpful. That’s my second great experience with Mortgage Light. You either hire the right people or train incredible well. Thanks Sam, once again!
