“Huge thank you to James Carr at Mortgage Light. James was informative and reactive during an extremely volatile and challenging time to remortgage. James remained communicative and we always felt our best interests were being thought about from the outset. James provided balanced advice but ultimately did not apply pressure for any specific decision; this was important given the extremely uncertain times we are faced with. At the 11th hour our chosen provider was going to significantly raise interest rates on the same product we were advised on. James sought our permission to proceed immediately and we managed to secure the lower interest rate. If James had not been so on the ball, we would be facing a very different set of rates and circumstances. Thanks again, James.”

“Jordan, Melissa and Lauren were all fantastic from beginning to end! Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made it such an easy process considering I have no clue about mortgages!! Melissa and Lauren (and everyone else I encountered at Mortgage Light) were also extremely efficient with giving updates, and there was no waiting around for a response to an email (which is extremely stressful at times!) Definitely recommend and will be using in future :)”
