“I am beyond happy with the service that Natasha and Emma supplied us with. As first time buyers we didn’t have a clue where to start with a mortgage and it all seemed very daunting. Natasha was brilliant with explaining everything and putting our minds at ease she was always happy to answer our questions as silly as they may be and was in constant contact updating us on everything. I highly recommend Mortgage Light to anyone.”

“As a First Time Buyer I was always very apprehensive about the process to buying a property, I always felt out of my comfort zone. However, John Cyganek and Jedd Eagleton were fantastic throughout the entire process, and gave me all the reassurance I needed from start to finish. At the start of the process, I had my affordability call with John where he went through all of the mortgage options and explained the best route for me to buying a home. I then I received expert advice from John and regular helpful updates - he was always very approachable and willing to talk to me about any queries I had. Once I received my Decision In Principle, I then had my mortgage protection meeting. Although my partner and myself work full-time, John made sure he was available to our availability, which I found really accommodating and lovely. After this meeting, we were then in a position to apply for my mortgage, where Jedd provided his assistance for this and was extremely professional and helpful. I will never forget the call on Wednesday evening l where Jedd rang me at 6pm to inform me that I have received a mortgage offer! Mortgage Light as a company have been brilliant, but from my experience that is all because of John and Jedd. Thank you both for everything - you’ve been amazing!”

“John and jedd went above and beyond to help us get our mortgage. Very professional and the most amazing people. Made the whole process stress free. We are first time buyers so didn’t know what to expect but 100% couldn’t of done it without John and jedd,always willing to answer our questions and never left us without an answer to our questions for more then a day. Really pleased with the whole situation. Will miss dealing with them for sure.”

“I know they say buying your first home can be a stressful process but I did not expect so many curveballs, including tight deadlines, unexpected outcomes and delays upon delays. If it wasn't for Max, Amy, Urvi and Nevetha, I don't think I would've made it through. Always on the ball and ready to find solutions! Their patience, knowledge and general positive attitude was very much appreciated. Thank you!!!”

“James and Emma have both been absolutely amazing. This has been my first time going through a home buying process as a first time buyer and they could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions were answered quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Half way through the process we had a seller pull out of a sale which was very concerning, but they went above and beyond to make sure we still got the same product from the bank on the next property and everything went as smooth as possible, they really made the whole process less stressful than I ever imagined. I couldnt reccomend them and mortgage Light more and will reccomend them to friends and family in the future. Definitely 5 stars for me. Thanks again for all the work.”

“Emily Stride was who was helping me with my mortgage and I can't fault her service! I told her at the beginning that this is my first house and I had no experience with buying properties before and she made everything really clear and easy to understand! Would always try to return calls and replied to emails very quickly! So thank you very much to Mortgage Light! and a Huge thank you to Emily for really keeping on top of everything for me and informing me of any changes ASAP along the way! Would definitely recommend using them and I will in future too!”
