“I am absolutely delighted that I have chosen Mortgage Light and luckily I was assigned Emily Stride as my mortgage advisor. She was very helpful, articulate and very easy going like someone who I knew for long time. She was very positive and always brighten my day with her positivity even when things were not going our way. I had never doubted her and she made it happen in the end. “Really impressed by the service received by Mortgage Light. Natasha in particular has been a diamond, had some issues with Barclays being a nightmare (not the fault of mortgage light) but once we discovered those she reacted quickly and decisively to find me a new lender. “I have had a great experience with Mortgage Light. James organised and guided me through my first ever mortgage. He was very helpful right through the whole process and explained everything in detail. Emma the administrator was equally helpful. “From my 1st meeting John took the time to go through every aspect of the mortgage process, giving me the pros and cons on every possible decision I wanted to make. Throughout the whole process I genuinely felt like John and Jedd had my best interests at heart and wanted to make i made the best decision.
