“Kerry McGirr was brilliant from start to finish. She was professional and friendly and showed very good knowledge of the business. Whenever I contacted her with difficulties I had with other organisations who are involved with the purchase, she just said, "Don't worry, I'll give them a call. And that was it, problem solved. You made my life easier, and the experience was really good for a first time buyers. Thank you very much!”

“Urvi at mortgage light was absolutely fantastic ! It was our first time applying for a mortgage and she was so clear and explicit about everything we had to do and made sure we understood each step before moving on. “Having dealt with them a few years ago when purchasing a shared ownership property, everything went seamlessly, therefore it seemed sensible to return. Excellent decision!!! James took us on board and he beautifully conducted the whole procedure with not only professional but personal advice, that was greatly appreciated. He understood our frustrations at other parties dragging their heels but was always there if we needed him to steady the ship. Impossible to find fault in either James or Mortgage Light. You don't need to go anywhere else!!! :-)”

“Debs handled our case and we couldn't of asked for a better mortgage advisor! As we were staircasing our case was slightly more difficult to deal with but it wasn't an issue with Debs. She was always available to call or email when we had any questions. Overall we are very happy with the customer service we received from Debs and mortgage light. We even received a lovely hamper once we completed!”

“I have been liaising with Deborah Caulfield for many months now in relation to our mortgage rates and changes to my personal circumstances. I can not recommend Debs highly enough. Not only is she one of the best brokers I have spoken with she can't do enough for you. She has been a great sounding board, to help with many different options due to my personal needs and a very good listener and therapist along the way. Debs is extremely caring, and would check in to ensure I understood everything and she was always on hand to arrange a quick meeting at short notice to answer all my questions. Looking forward to my next mortgage review early next year, as I know its being dealt with someone who knows the market and has extensive knowledge to help navigate me in my decision making.
