Kenneth Hall We are really sorry to hear this. Since the change in the 3DS online payment system in regards to all Card Providers (providing an extra form of security), there does seem to be slightly more declines when using a card. Always check with your card holder provider when this happens or even possibly using a different card, this seems to do the trick ! Anonymous Thank you for your review comments. Yes, one or two if the Car Hire Excess Insurers do include in their application process a section regarding auto renewal on Annual policies.
