Thanks for making us aware of this situation - it was not anything we did - but an unintended consequence of an attempt by the insurer you were using to help the O'Conners and O'Malleys of the world that also impacted the Owens and Olivers . Thanks to your review we discussed your review with the insurer and issue was within a few hours. The insurer also ran a back check to ensure all corrupted names were updated and corrected.
