Anonymous Please feel free to contact us with immediately and we will happily look into this for you. The first thing I would suggest when you purchase a policy online is to always check your junk mail, trash, spam filters, just in case it popped in there. If not, by contacting the insurer, they will be able to check from there end, the application you would have completed on their site, the purchase and also to do a trace on your payment.
