“We’ve been using Money Maxim for many years (and Clarify Car Hire who are part of the same group). They consistently provide amazing customer service and are lovely to deal with if we have any queries, either by email or over the phone. Often their advice has been invaluable, and really helped to take a lot of the stress out of our car hire experiences abroad especially. Great customer service feels a fairly rare thing these days, I’d highly recommend them!”

“"When on holiday in Germany recently, late on a Friday afternoon shortly after both the offices of the local car hire companies and Moneymaxim had closed for the weekend, I picked up an email from the car hire company with which my car was reserved for the Saturday morning to say that the car was not available. My wife and I were in some despair as the rest of our holiday was dependent on having a car. To make matters worse we were stuck on a bus in a rural area. Phone and internet connections were intermittent. The only thing I could do, without much hope of response, was to send an email to Moneymaxim. It was picked up by Moneymaxim's Head of Consumer Services who was on his way home for the weekend. To my astonishment he got back to me and, despite connectivity problems, we had a telephone conversation. Well beyond the call of duty when he should have been enjoying his weekend break, he gave up about two hours of his Friday evening to find me a car with another car hire company. I had used Moneymaxim before to reserve a hire car and had been very satisfied with their service, but was astonished and very grateful for the help given me out of hours when my wife and I were in genuine difficulty."”

“This was a very helpful site to search for EU car hire excess companies. I received several quotes and chose the one I wanted. My only disappointment was that in selecting the quote I had to enter all my information again.”
