Anonymous I'm pleased you didn't have to use it, which would suggest you had a safe Car Hire with no incidents! The beauty of these policies though is the peace of mind that they bring. If you do have an incident that is covered by your policy, the moment you have paid the Car Hire Company (and completed the process with them), contact the Excess Insurer to inform them and they will take you through the Insurance claim process. By following the claims process correctly, you will then be reimbursed. It's as simple as that, I'm pleased to say. We will always be around as well to answer any questions that you may have before buying a policy, during the policy and after your Car Hire as well. Here's to many more safe journeys ahead. Learie Gonsalves Please do not be concerned! By following the claims process correctly, you will be absolutely fine and you will be reimbursed under the terms of your policy. Numerous customers use these types of policies on a day-to-day basis and all have the peace of mind that they are protected in relation to the many features covered, which are not typically covered in your main car hire. We will also be around before, during and after you've hired your car and we are just a telephone call away.
