Many thanks for your comments - we really appreciate them. Just to say we will always quote you for the times that are requested when you ask for a price through our site - so we quoted 10.00 am to 10.00 am - so you are right to say that it is critical the right times are selected. It is doubly important as different insurers have different ways of calculating the price - (some use calendar days, some 24 hour periods, one even hourly!) which we work out when calculating the rates. We are glad you managed to get this sorted though and are now ready for your hire. The Moneymaxim Team

Many also provide discounted policies (Car Hire Excess Insurance) on our site, when you click from our site to theirs, and when you purchase online. “Having had contradictory information from eversure insurance customer services over what category vehicle their insurance would cover the money maxim team took it on themselves to contact the top insurers at eversure not only to clarify that my vehicle was covered but to get them to look at their wording on their website and to “discuss” with their customer service team the right approach to dealing with queries. Keeping me informed all the way along. Can’t really ask for better service than that. Special thanks to Mark Bower and David Neal.”
