“Superb comparison website explains exactly what extra insurance one might need and offers tips to and advice to follow before arriving at rental office. I rented through their sister company Clarify and reckon I saved loads by doing so. I can't recommend more highly.”

These reviews may also include customers who have needed to make a claim. We do not restrict customers from explaining how they felt the claim process went. As you say that is the acid test! “The site was easy and liked the compare aspect but when I went to the insurers site the quote increased without any alterations being made so money maximo info was misleading I can confirm no discount was applied at checkout”

Hello, Many thanks for letting us know about this and exchanging emails with us to give more information. As discussed, we have run an identical quote to yours and clicked through to Bettersafe and, whilst the price is more when clicking through, it does reduce to £83.69 on the checkout page where you are prompted to enter payment card details. We've not had any other reports of the price not being consistent at this stage of the process and unfortunately we're unable to replicate it. I'm really sorry you've had this experience but again, thank you for flagging it. We will be monitoring this closely to ensure no customers face the same issue.
