“The information was good and straightforward to use. However when we clicked through to purchase a policy using one of our names on your site it did not transfer through to the next screen and this was auto filled with another name. So we purchased a product with the wrong name on it. All sorted out now but could have been an expensive buy if we had not noticed.”
