“Responsive, polite and knowledgable. I emailed with a query prior to purchasing a car excess cover policy, following up with a phone call in case receving an answer would take long. I spoke to someone, got a clear and informative answer to my specific question which reassured my that the produce I was about to buy was the correct one. I was then pleasantly surprised to receive a response to my email confirming the same info, with the response also referencing that they recognised my email from my call, therefore highlighting some joined up thinking, not what you always should expect. Very impressed!!”
