“Quotes I received for car excess hire varied and were cheaper than other traditional sites. Some quotes were for annual but it wa cheaper to do single trip still if that is what you need. Definitely a helpful site.”

Well we tried long and hard to replicate this issue but could not find any reason why this would happen. It didn't affect any other users either so we can only assume it might have been a local issue with connection, wifi, or similar.
