“I ran a comparison of policies to cover the excess on my van hire rental. I clicked through on the best two but both of them quoted a higher price than the one from Moneymaximiser. I went elsewhere”

Thanks Paul, both for the review, and for taking my call. As you know we are confused here - as we reran your quote and on clicking out to the insurer from our service on both the top two policies found both prices matched the prices we had quoted to the penny. You don't think you amended anything on reaching the insurer- we can't explain how this could possibly have happened - so all in all we decided between us that we will accept it as an unexplainable glitch and move on.
