“Many time I used MoneyMaximer site. The prices are fair, the interface is user-friendly. Disadvantages: I indicate that I am not a resident of a member state of the European Union or the United Kingdom, and anyway, when going to the supplier's website, it is indicated as if I am a resident of the UK, this adds confusion with additional insurance.”

We can, as we noted in the email we sent to you offering help, only surmise that it was either a momentary issue on the insurers site, or an internet connectivity issue.
