“Superb Customer Service, no match on price to be found anywhere! I was looking for some 4 High End WIFI connectable Bosch Kitchen Appliances totalling around £4400. All of the more widely known suppliers could only get close on Some of the comparative items and never them all. I didn’t bother with the 2 largest competitors who promised to price match because of the service ML provided. I live at a Scottish Postcode and initially the site wouldn’t accept my delivery, within a few days ML Customer Sevices contacted me, set up a workaround for the Postcode issue and arranged delivery on a day that suited me. In this day and age of internet shopping they went that extra mile and added a personal touch and versatile service at a fantastic price and even gifted me a compatible Bosch Pan Set for my Induction Hob. 11/10 is all I can say, exceeded all expectations.”

“It was a great pleasure doing business with this company - Buhani Ltd. The internet name is Modern Living. I was impressed that the company was offering a better price than Appliances Direct was for a NEFF recirculation kit. I placed my order by phone but Craig was kind enough to ring me back and to point out that the kit I was requesting was not the right one for the hood I was buying. He then sent me a Neff pdf relating to my hood by email to confirm his findings. I felt he had gone the extra mile. My package was delivered promptly and thanks to Craig it was the right item.”

“Can't tell you how pleased we are with our Luxair Extractor Fan. Looks very stylish and despite my builders doubt of its capability, he has been proven wrong and is impressed. Most importantly, is a huge big thank you to Craig for all the valuable advice and service. No matter how many times I called (and I called a lot!) he was very happy to help and was patient as a Saint.”

Hi. Sorry you feel we haven't fulfilled your order correctly. We received the order at 7:39am on Friday 24th and dispatched same day. Our courier delivers next working day, which due to the bank holiday is today - Tuesday 28th. I'm not sure what more you were expecting or thought we could have done.

“One item in my order (a hob) arrived broken and I had a deadline the next day as the slot was booked for someone to install it. The person I called at Modern Living was extremely helpful and they sent a replacement the next morning by courier and took the faulty one. Very impressive service.”
