“problem connecting the waste from the sink on to standard kitchen sink plumbing of 1.5inch had to discard the one supplied and bought a kit from a D.I.Y. store. suggest a full size template for cutting the sink into the worktop”

“Excellent, I phoned them up a friendly sales person both checked their stock sheet and physically went to the warehouse to double check. (I needed it soonest as the fitter was coming at the end of the week). This was ordered late Saturday delivery Tuesday in the morning and I could 'live tracked" it but by the time I thought about tracking it was here at the door step. I was kept informed all the way ...... certainly I will very likely use them again. In conclusion, although it was online there was a lot of human person interaction. Perfect A+”

“I stumbled upon Modern Living and as immediately pleasantly surprised by how clear their website is laid out and how easy it is to navigate. Their phone number is quite prominently laid out on the website so I could immediately call for queries. Craig was MOST helpful and talked me through queries and concerns. He was most patient and helpful - and took a number of calls from me. He also spoke to my builder when we needed to clarify measurements - EXCELLENT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
