I ordered a sink which arrived very quickly and then decided it was too big. Following talking to Amreen I returned it and have been refunded and am happy with the service I received. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that it took 10 days to get refunded. However, I would like to particularly praise Amreen, who was very helpful and professional throughout, arranging a fast delivery and then responding very promptly to emails regarding the return. She is a great credit to the company.
