“Delivery was fine, but I thought the return fees were very high. This will put me off buying on line in future, in case the shoe doesnlt fit for example.”

“Hi Moda in Pelle- thank you for asking me to write a review- perhaps you can actually give me some customer service. I return two pairs of faulty shoes several weeks ago. I have chased via email and phone for a refund and nothing so perhaps you can actually apply to something and let me know what the hell is going on. Never again, will I order from you- check the reviews out on Tree pilot before you purchase!”

“I have a large collection of Moda in Pelle shoes for good reason. They are excellent quality fashionable shoes. I have some styles in several colours because of how smart and comfortable they are. I love the extra cushioning particularly. Gone are the days of wearing trendy but uncomfortable shoes. You can have it all.”

“I love your shoes and i can tell they are quality shoes that are different from other brands. They always fit me well. Ive bought quite a lot in the past. However i recently purchased some black trainer type, but was surprised that these were a different make and didnt have 'Moda In Pelle' written inside them like the others. The fit and comfort wasnt as good. But when ordering it wasnt made clear. However i did keep them, as i know i could have returned them, as they were in the sale and a good price, even if i didnt wear them much.”
