“Moda In Pelle do some very good quality shoes with eye-catching designs and the sales are genuine. It is always tempting therefore, and I have been very pleased with every pair I have bought. The orders I made arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged.”

“My experience has been very bad. My shoes were delivered very quickly and packed very nicely. I already own 4 pairs of Moda in Pelle. However, they had to be returned as they were too tight and that's when the problems began. No refund. Unable to get a response from email, telephone or 'live chat'. It's been a almost a month now. I would suggest that unless you know that the shoes will be fine for your feet that you don't use this company. I will never order again. Terrible customer service.”

“Oh my goodness each time I buy shoes from Moda I can't get over how comfortable they are, no breaking them in. The quality is second to none. I'm sure their customer service will be just as good but as I have never had any issues so I can't comment”

“Non Existent Customer Service at 1pm on a Thursday I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Moda in Pelle, realised straight away that i had ordered the wrong size for one of them. Tried to ring numerous times, got answer machine each time saying they were closed! Tried the online chat constantly busy and asked to try later, eventually had to email to ask if they could either change the size or cancel the order, got a reply to say they would reply withing 3/5 working days. The order arrived with the wrong size, and got an answer from customer service the next day to say that as the order had already been despatched they could do anything. Absolutely useless, very happy to take your order but if you need any help or have a question you have a long wait. Wont be using them again. Returned shoes to local store last Saturday it will interesting to see how long the refund will take, reading some of the reviews i wont hold my breath! 30.9.25 Update I still have not received a refund even though the shoes were returned over 24 days ago. Yet again i have chased the customer service department but i'm not holding my breath ticket no 253451. To say i am less than impressed with Moda in Pelle is a vast understatement. First of all you dont pick up phones or answer emails in a timely manner, and now you don't process refunds. Appalling level of customer service. I have asked for full explanation as to why the refund was not processed, why they dont answer phones call, respond to chat and why it takes so long to respond to emails, i dont think i will get one. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE APPALLING”

“Shoes are lovely but sadly too narrow. I had to return two pairs and followed instructions to return them in store. Returns process should take @10 working days” but took far longer, no replies to emails, or chat and phone lines weren’t answered. I had to get a credit card chargeback for both returns and only then did I receive an email response, a week later. I don’t know what’s going on, but there is a problem with customer support right now.”

“I recently bought a pair of gold leather loafers from Moda in Pelle. They are really comfortable and stylish and a lovely pale shade of gold. Having bought many pairs of their shoes over the years, I always find their shoes to be good quality and good value. They also have great bargains in their sales! Delivery is quick. I have never had any reason to return any shoes. I shall continue to shop there.”

“Sadly, our local Moda in Pelle store moved out of my home city some while ago, so I now have to order online. There’s nothing quite like going and trying! That said however, I have always received good and efficient service. As the happy owner of some colourful Bezzie boots, I can also share that I love ‘em! Comfortable and very versatile. My only gripe is that I don’t have the full colour range!!!!!!!! ( and my only suggestion for next season - I’d love to to see this design with just a slightly higher heel!!! Well, I can try, right?!!).”

“I have several pairs of Moda shoes which are extremely stylish and usually very comfortable. I do have rather narrow feet, so haven't had any problems in the past. My recent purchase (blue fabric style loafers) seem narrower and a bit uncomfortable. This makes me think that I might need to go up a size.”
