“I’ve been a loyal customer for years because the shoes are consistently excellent—great quality, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. This has become my go-to shoe brand. That said, the returns process could really use improvement. It often takes a long time for returns to be processed, and the packaging makes it unnecessarily difficult. The shoes arrive wrapped so tightly that fitting the boxes back into the return bag is a real struggle. A more practical approach to packaging would make the experience much smoother. One small note on the website: it doesn’t save your basket automatically, so you have to do it manually. Not a huge issue, but it can be inconvenient if I can’t complete my shopping in one go. If these aspects were improved, I’d happily give 5 stars.”

“Great quality shoes and great offers. Bought beige leather trainers and I love them. I do find difficulty in fit as I'm a 6.5 and shoe sizes are 6 or 7. So I find I have to order 2 pairs to find tge right fit and there is a charge to return as I do not live near a store. This does put me off from ordering as much as I would like.”

“Really lovely boots. Very stylish and comfy. I buy all my footwear from mode in pelle as I find the styles great but the leather quality is exceptional. Their customer services is great too. Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered Sandals from the sale. Delivery was quick. The sandals where of high quality, well made, extremely comfortable but stylish and made from leather. I have worn them every evening on a recent short brake. I am very happy with the purchase.”
