“I spotted a pair of gorgeous dressy shoes on line, which looked perfect for the event I was going to. I wasn’t sure if they’d arrive in time, but ordered them and kept my fingers crossed. They arrived in time and looked fantastic. Just the right hight heel and I wore them all evening. Great service, thank you.”

“My experience has been very bad. My shoes were delivered very quickly and packed very nicely. I already own 4 pairs of Moda in Pelle. However, they had to be returned as they were too tight and that's when the problems began. No refund. Unable to get a response from email, telephone or 'live chat'. It's been a almost a month now. I would suggest that unless you know that the shoes will be fine for your feet that you don't use this company. I will never order again. Terrible customer service.”

“Oh my goodness each time I buy shoes from Moda I can't get over how comfortable they are, no breaking them in. The quality is second to none. I'm sure their customer service will be just as good but as I have never had any issues so I can't comment”
