“I ordered a pair of boots supposedly reduced to £25.00 from £130.00. I had a further discount that took it down to £20.00. When the boots arrived, I expected them to be an expensive item made from real suede. They were not Moda In Pelle, they were a cheap make, not suede and very uncomfortable. This was not made clear on the website. I returned them for a refund straightaway.”

“Really poor customer service, I returned two items, the tracking states that the items have been delivered to Moda in Pele warehouse however Moda in Pele are advising that I need to put a compensation claim in with Evri the courier. Additionally the communication is very poor, responses have taken over a week and the essence of the email come across as unfortunately this is not our problem, go deal with it yourself. it feels like a company that is going into liquidation and because of this poor experience and virtually zero Customer service I will not purchase from Monday in Pele again.”

“These shoes are so so comfy, the leather is so soft and have not rubbed my feet or ankles which has happened in other shoes purchased by other companies. On my feet all day in a day nursery so imperative. Very very happy”
