“I’m very happy with my purchase from Moda Pelle! The wedge boots are stylish, comfortable, and well-made. The fit is perfect, and they look even better in person than in the photos. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship really stands out. Definitely worth the price — I’ll be buying from Moda Pelle again!”

“The shoes are fabulous and very good value. My low rating is due to the continued disruption of Moda In Pelle’s refund system. They owe me nearly £100 for items I returned weeks ago. They have acknowledged this, and credited my account with them with £28. This is a nice gesture and I appreciate it. However my credit card bill was due yesterday and they still haven’t paid back the money they owed me. So I have had to pay it myself - meaning less money in October to live on! How much longer is it going to take to fix this?”

“I bought trainers, they have not been delivered yet. I tried calling numerous times and chatting on line and no one responded. No explanation why my trainers have not been delivered yet, other than one email to say that they’ll deliver them. I find it so pathetic that such a big and good company will have such a terrible customer service.”

“Get most of my shoes from moda unfortunately had to send boots back as were to big I have been trying to contact moda regarding refund that I have not received been over 2 weeks since they were received back into your warehouse I have no response from phone e mail or chat which I am not really happy about not had this problem before”

“Lovely products but terrible customer service. I returned some boots over 3 weeks ago which seem to have been lost by EVRI in transit. No replies from emails and impossible to get to talk to anyone. Not impressed so far. I am owed a £55 refund and spent £3.50 on a return that never arrived.”

“I was a regular customer but the return system is broken so I am not sure I will order online again. I bought several pairs of shoes online but had to return one in two I kept ordering because the fit was not right. Whereas a year ago, I could take shoes back to a Moda in Pelle shop and receive refund within a matter of days or maximum weeks. Lately, it has all gone to pot. So much so, that I had to write to the customer services, they could not locate my return order, I had to attach return slips and still had to wait. In the end the founder wrote to me to explain why the system was not functioning. I tried to email him back only to find out that it was a robot which contacted me. Moda in Pelle customer service has really gone down hill in my view. Apart from that, the shoes that I kept are great, very nice styles and material.”
