“Their shoes are always beautiful , carefully packaged and just as described. Occasionally, things go wrong ..that's life but this is where Moda shines. Their customer service is superb, informed, speedy and you can speak to real people immediately who can resolve any query in a friendly and efficient way. This is how online shopping SHOULD be”

“The delivery of the items was fine. However, your return policy making the customer pay is very outdated. I haven’t see. This in a very long time! I suggest you either make this way clearer at payment point, or do some research to find another model, even if that means the customer pays towards the return and carriage is deducted, e.g. £2.99 as some stores do, to reduce their cost and subsidise yours. You can do better.”

“Disappointment with this bag. Very cheap and thin material, loosing shape already. Big gap at the side of the zip so badly constructed. Inside feel like a a plastic sheet. Very poor quality all round.”

“Absolutely love ,love Moda In pelle great styles , price reasonable, unusual style and so comfy,have a few pairs now could walk all day in them ,many compliments when I wear them .Haven't wore last 2 pairs cause the weather has not been very great .Have chose my next pair ,already in my basket !”

“I've loved Moda In Pelle shoes for a number of years. Great quality and great end of season sales. My latest Olottie boots are gorgeously soft and don't hurt at all. I can't think of any other shoe brands that I can say the same for.”
