“Really love Moda in Pelle, but I wish they did a size 6.5 - so many times I've ordered gorgeous shoes and the 6 are too small and the 7 too big :(”

“the shoes are adorable and great. material, design, very nice and also fits cool at first. Quality is great and everything is super. Only one tiny detail messing with my mind, while walking it feels too big, not perfect fit and I dont understand will it wear in or I should somehow help them feel fitter on feet while walking.”

“I bought two pairs of boots and one ankle trainers. The trainers are lovelywith a good padded footsock, comfortable. The burgundy boots were comfortable. The black Bren boots have a material lining which I was surprised to see with leather surrounds plus the leather footsock was not padded or raised like the others so a bit disappointed though I elected to keep them. The latter boots are a smaller fit. I was very happy with the reduced prices. Delivery prompt. Not happy with returning items as it was rather complicated to get it returned at Evri parcel post and I had to pay for the return. Free returns would be a bonus.”

“Absolutely love their shoes and boots, but have to say the boots I recently bought are a much bigger fitting, which I never realised until I wore them. Unfortunately I take a 3 and that is the smallest size available”

“This was quite a nice bag but I had to return unfortunately due to the fact that the strap hadn't been attached on one side. In view of this I decided to have a refund.”

“My only criticism is that the packaging comes vacuum sealed. This means that you can't reuse the original packaging if you need to make a return through the post.”

“I bought in shop and on line. The staff in the shop were brilliant, think I tried on every pair of boots in the shop. Bought a beautiful pair which are gorgeous soft leather. I also needed some flat ones I ordered loads on line, they came quickly, I'm took them back to the shop as no good, they were again brill in the shop. However it took an exceptionally long time for the money to actually be refunded. Hence the 4* rather than 5*. The boots are lovely and the staff are great.”

“Prompt service, great Choice of shoes and boots but size’s can vary so you may order 2 different sizes of the same shoe but the downside is that you have to pay for the returns”
