“I will happily give a review on the non appearance of my two orders. The fact Moda's customer service keeps sending me emails to submit a review, knowing full well that you have never sent me my purchases but happily took my money, is disgusting. Then make it even harder for customers such as myself to contact you or even get an acknowledgement from your company. How many customers are waiting; for a reply, for an apology, for a refund, for an explanation? Moda is fobbing off loyal customers. How dare you treat me and other loyal customers, whom have bought from MODA for many years, like we are a means to an end for you to cover your losses, as MODA is quite clearly in receivership.”

“Purchased 3 pairs of shoes (3 for 2) from York, great service there. Returned back home then saw some others which I preferred and ordered online to collect in Sheffield Meadowhall. I swapped and changed amongst those from York and those online, felt such a nuisance but Emma was so patient and sorted it all out for me. Great service !!”

“Very nice loafers; true to size, soft leather, very comfortable. Also, I got them on sale at a great price (who doesn’t like a discount!?). It’s a shame I wasn’t fast enough to bag the tan and red patent one on sale. Overall, very happy with all Moda In Pelle shoes I have bought so far. Sizing is always right and good fit.”

“Just love the quality of these well made shoes, but have noticed over the years how narrow the fit is decreasing, which is annoying when as you get older feet get wider, due to this I recently had to return a pair, actually it was 3 week ago, and guess what I am still waiting for my refund!”
