Paid extra for next day delivery. I did this as I had tradesmen booked in and so needed the door urgently. The door took nearly a week to arrive.... These things happen, but, MODA have totally ignored numerous requests to refund the Next Day Delivery Fee. No reply, no nothing. I know the email address I’m using is correct as it is the same one they ‘did’ reply to when I was chasing the delivery. The test of great Customer Service is how you react when things go wrong. They failed completely...!

Horrendous service, cancelled delivery without discussion then when contacted numerous times after reorder no response at all. As a customer that would have continued to make large orders I’m disgusted with the service 👎🏼

Doors came damaged and came as not described. Instead of 40mm, they came 35mm thick. Supposed to be solid door it came Mdf fills in and with hollows. Bottom of the inside of one door MDF wasn't glued so it was making banging noise as we was closing and opening the doors.

Awful. I ordered a door. Received usual confirmation of order and receipt. Had several updates confirming delivery time, including a text at 3pm on the Wednesday confirming 8-11am delivery slot on the following day, Thursday. Then 3.30pm the same Wednesday a further text message stated door was not in stock and no schedule for replacement. Appalling.

Good choice of doors however 3-5 day delivery turned into 19 days - change your courier and this would offer a better service. (Getting the doors tomorrow..... apparently!)

Be aware of this company, as all looks Ok until delivery. We have already been let down twice and our order has still not be delivered, although payment was taken some 13 days ago. They do not answer the phone and their voicemail box is always full, which is a bad sign.

Having recently received a damaged door I have been told it can't be exchanged due to it being signed for as being in good condition by my mother in Law(71). I have asked if there is anything in terms of a discount as of now I am still waiting. Very poor service as of now.

Disgraceful. I ordered some double doors from these guys having checked and double checked which way they opened. They arrived and I'd been misinformed despite this. They admitted it was a mistake and asked me to repackage the doors, send a photo and wait for the courier to contact me. All a pain, but mistakes happen. That was weeks ago. Despite chasing seceral times, they still haven't given me the refund and I still have a pair of doors boxed up and sitting in my lounge. It's been a month! Never known anything like it. Avoid!

Horrendous customer service. Wrong order sent, ok not great but these things happen, however the process of getting this sorted was ridiculous. Wasnt told what was happening and i couldnt be told when i could get a new frame delivered, it took multiple phone calls daily chasing up what was happening after 'ill call you back and let you know' never happend and emails asking for updates, i think out of 5 or 6 emails i got 1 response. Its now been 12 days and still no delivery!

I won't use this supplier again. They missed the delivery slot repeatedly, and kept promising but not delivering. Even their first promise was later than the 3-5 days the website offered. Really messed my client about not to mention my job diary. Lost a lot of work from their endless changes.

The service I have received from MODA Doors is appalling, I ordered a set of doors end of August they arrived beginning of September due to the description I found the door were not suitable I notified MODA Doors immediately that they were wrong and to my surprise I found I would need to pay £50 to return them of which I reluctantly agreed. It is now 9th October and I am still waiting for my doors to be collected and to receive my refund. Very dissatisfied customer

You delivered the wrong dimension door, I did not realise this until I unwrapped the door. I telephoned and you said you would try to sort something out. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

Awful service, I have ordered two external oak doors around 5 weeks ago on a 3-5 day delivery, still not arrived, now being ignored. AVOID - not sure if I have been scammed by this company Cant rate or review the product as I haven't been luck enough to see any

This is the worse purchasing experience I have ever had by a long way. Moda Doors refused initially to refund the price of a very warped door. One of its employees sent e-mails which were rude. No-one apologised for the fact that this door was badly warped or that another door was slightly warped as well. I am grateful for the support of my credit card company.

I am still waiting for my delivery even though it was dispatched over a week ago. No one answers the phone on your contact details and no one reply’s to e mails. Very poor service

I have not received the door yet. I have no tracking information. I have not been contacted by a courier, definitely not within two days of ordering as it states on your website. You informed me a day after I placed the order that you do not have stock - most places would say before the order. You also sent me an email asking for feedback on my experience - so far not good! I requested an update/delivery date which was ignored
