Order placed on 25th with a 3-5 day delivery slot. It is now 8 days later and no door has arrived. The contact phone number is not answering and an email has gone unanswered by Moda. Contacting bank to see if they can help.

First they delivered wrong door, then subsequently two damaged doors. Finally I had to wait 20 days for my refund. Poor experience.

Very disappointed with service from start to finish. Despite website stating a 3-5day delivery I had to wait 2 weeks. Nil explanation given by staff on contacting them . When door finally arrived at was the wrong size and colour. Very disappointment with this company. Would not use again. Wish I had read all the negative reviews prior to ordering as THEY ARE CORRECT.

Probably better to wait until you have delivered the doors or told the customer when the doors might be delivered (over a week after placing the order and making payment) before sending emails prompting the customer to review your service and products. The doors might be amazing, who knows?

Ordered walnut doors and were delivered oak ones instead. 3 weeks later they are still in my house and the company has failed to get in touch with the courier to take them back, and instead told me to get in touch with them. Poor unprofessional behaviour.

Door was promised within 3-5 days. After 5 days rang to find out that the door had not been made. Apologies were given and I was told that the transport company would contact me the following day. This happened but they could only tell me which day it would be delivered no idea of time of day. This has caused me a lot of inconvienience and wasted a considerable amount of my time.Whilst apolgies were given no offer of any compensation/discount on price mentioned. I am not happy with the service provided and as yet to recieve the door.

Very disappointed. After the company sent the wrong door size they refused to refund the cost of the door without deducting £50 to collect door. Manager insisted we were asking Moda to pay for our mistake. Totally incorrect and most insensitive on the phone when challenged to provide better service and listen to feedback. Merely defended his own staff. Extremely disappointed.

The LPD Vancouver door arrived damaged in 2 places.

Wrong door despatched (24th June 2017), tried to return door which took over 7 weeks to be collected and still waiting on refund (9th Aug 2017), bad service from the start :(

Moda Doors supplied substandard/damaged doors. The following day a returns form was completed along with photographs and Moda Doors accepted the report and authorised the return. Given the refund is due 14 days after the goods are back in the warehouse I am keen to have the doors picked up as soon as possible (which is also the correct thing to do as a supplier of defective goods) but two weeks later there has been no contact with regards collection. In the first instance Moda Doors could not resolve the issue by supplying new doors the required time frame and secondly, Moda Doors are stalling on the refund effectively blocking the purchase of alternative doors from a different supplier. I expected better...

One of my doors was damaged.i waited for five days to hear from the company,they wanted to know if the doors were hung,i replied and said yes,that was the last i heard from them.i also sent a photo of the damage to the door.

The first set of doors weren't glazed as per the pictures. They arranged collection and I ordered some alternative replacements so I purchased another set. The first set were collected when the replacements were delivered and I was refunded over 2 weeks later (which is their policy. They will not refund until they get notification from the supplier). The second lot were received unfortunately upon checking they were damaged. I sent pictures approx. 2 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting collection. No indication yet when they will be collected and it will be two weeks on top of that before I get my money back. Rant over... unless you can afford for them, to hold your money, if you are not happy then I would buy elsewhere.

Arranged to have the 2 doors left at side of house after being told they were well protected but when I got to them the only protection was plastic cover which was open in many places so as it rained the doors were soaking I only hope no damage was done

Still not received my order. Contacted MODA doors seveal times only had one reply and still waiting on you to get my delivery to me.

Issue mainly due to supplier not checking items before delivery. Purchased the walnut Coventry fire door. Door turned up with some defect. Got a replacement door and replacement door also had some defects. Specifically asked for 2 men delivery for replacement door as my builder won't be around. Delivery guy just left replacement door outside my flat.

E-Mail to say Door was despatched on the 7th November,after lots of phone calls which were difficult to understand from two trade suppliers one for frame and one for door, broken down lorrys etc ,I now have the frame. But no door. Brian Excell

Poor customer service, firstly the door wasn't in stock, then trying to get a confirmed date for delivery was like pulling teeth. I went elsewhere for the remainder of my doors as it wasn't worth the grief
