Quiet a good gadget. It's a bit small for some tablets that won't fit through the hole. Being so small it is slightly fiddly but it does work. Non slip piece on the bottom is good if you are sitting at a table.

Bought for my husband. Found the back cushion a little bulky and quite hard to attach to the bath as the suction pads seem very wide apart.

The suction pads are intentionally wide to maximise safety and stability, but we apologise if this made the attachment difficult. Order process and delivery of the seat was very quick and efficient. I was very surprised that the unit did not contain the screws, rawl plugs, or a template for drilling the tiles. I asked for advice on fitting the unit, which was answered very quickly, but totally unhelpfully.

We need to clarify that the exclusion of both the hardware and the template is due to critical safety and accessibility standards: Screws/Plugs: Are not provided as the wrong type may be dangerous depending on your wall material. Choosing the correct fastener is the customer's responsibility. Template: Is not provided because the installation height must be precisely set using a tape measure to ensure the correct height for the user's specific needs. We are profoundly sorry that when you asked for advice, our team answered "totally unhelpfully." This is unacceptable. While specific instructions can vary depending on the clock model, most digital clocks have a simple adjustment process: Look for buttons labeled "SET," "TIME," or "ADJUST." Press and hold the "SET" or "TIME" button until the hour display starts flashing. Use the "HOUR" and "MINUTE" buttons (or sometimes the "UP" and "DOWN" arrows) to correct the time. Press the "SET" button again to save the time. If these general steps don't work, please give our customer service team a quick call at 01995 638086. All very efficient and helpful However I believe the website said 7 - 14 days delivery It will be nearly a month before my mobility scooter is delivered on 11 November

Excellent product and service. Would have given five stars but the cover of the pill boxes are quite stiff so not easy to open but should improve with use. Might be an issue for an older person. I realise they might be for child safety reasons but even so, the user has to come first.

Unfortunately the basket for my Rollator walker was a bit too big but I managed to get it on my walker at an angle not flat like my old one
