“Very happy with the device as recommended by my Occupational Health professional but the various options on EBay/ Google etc. were confusing for me…….I went for the expensive choice figuring that must be the complete item, not spare parts”

“Ordering of the chair was easy and delivery very quick and efficient . You're customer service was also very helpful and quick to reply to a query. My only disappointment is that i was surprised to find that there were no brackets for the chair to be anchored to a wall. Also you do not sell any brackets or a cover for the chair . Fortunately i could purchase suitable brackets elsewhere and hopeful that another company can supply a suitable cover .”

Because these chairs must be anchored securely to various wall types (brick, timber, or plasterboard), we do not include universal fixings to ensure that the correct, safest hardware is used for your specific wall. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding covers and brackets; we are always looking to expand our range and will pass this on to our buying team. “I would never entertain getting anything from these again s I ordered a magnifying glass from them which was not worth the money or fit for purpose and trying to return this is not worth it as their returns policy is rubbish and would cost me more than is worth so easier to put it to the recycling centre would not recommend at all”
