Thank you Mobility Smart for your excellent service. I recently purchased a fold up shower chair. It arrived just two days later, properly packaged and undamaged. Nice and compact so fits in our shower cubicle and folds up after use. Will definitely use this company again.

Helpful and courteous service both with purchase and return of bath cushion lift - necessary through customer's inability to use it, because of MS. Delivery and collection were swift and efficient. I am awaiting refund but, based on previous service, I do not anticipate a long delay.

Very helpful support on the phone. Glad to speak with a helpful human being. The internet was not as helpful. The package was delivered when I expected it to arrive and hidden from view. I was informed about the progress of its delivery.

I sent the battery back that I purchased from you in July. I was told there was nothing wrong with the battery and it took over a week to get back to me . My mobility scooter still losing charge quickly. So no help

To clarify, we collected and tested your batteries free of charge using our diagnostic equipment, and they passed all health checks. Because the batteries are performing as they should, the power loss you're seeing is likely due to an issue within the scooter itself—or a charger malfunction. We returned them at no cost to help you rule out the batteries as the culprit. We highly recommend having a local technician inspect the scooter's internal components. Well, the newel handle I bought didn't come with any screws, so I had no means of attaching it to the bannister! The email reason the company gave me, for not providing any attachment screws with the product, was not satisfactory. I also emailed the company requesting an email of the purchase receipt, but this request has been ignored.

We always recommend using fixings specifically suited to your installation surface. We bought a second battery for our power chair on line. It arrived quickly but after one use the battery failed. Mobility smart arranged for the battery to be collected and once they found the fault offered a full refund, including postage or a replacement battery.

I recently purchased a kettle that is a good send, after having a stroke I lost mobility in my right hand so couldn't lift a kettle for tea and had to wait for someone to make me one. Now I have the ability to do my own, I would highly recommend this product

Dispatch Date: We processed and shipped your item first thing Monday morning. Courier Performance: While the service used is a 24-hour aim, Royal Mail guidelines allow up to 5 working days for delivery during busy periods. It appears there was a lack of tracking updates from the courier once the parcel left our warehouse, and we understand how frustrating it is to see no movement until the day of delivery. While we have no control over the parcel once it is in the hands of Royal Mail, we always strive to get orders out our door as fast as possible—which, in your case, was the very next working morning.
