“The only complaint i had with the company was if you got thtough to thr receponist at Garstang you could not dpeak to sny one. But if and when i spoke to the sales team they were so hrlpfull. My main problem was with the courier company HDL Who didnt do as instructed by the Salesperson that an error had been made with thdeliver address. They kept sending it to Southport three journeys instead of following the instructions to take it to another area of Lancashire. If i was Mobility Smart i would be looking for a courier that follow instructions.”

We are very pleased to hear that when you connected with our Sales team, they were so helpful—that expertise and care is a core value for us. We sincerely apologise for the difficulty reaching a contact person through the receptionist at Garstang. We are addressing internal communication protocols immediately to ensure this issue is resolved. Most importantly, we are extremely disappointed and apologetic regarding the repeated error made by the courier, DHL. We rely heavily on our delivery partners to execute instructions accurately, and failing to correctly deliver to another area of Lancashire after three attempts is unacceptable. Please rest assured, we are immediately reviewing this incident with DHL and evaluating our relationship with them to ensure our customers receive the reliable service they deserve. Regarding the delivery, we noticed that you selected our Standard Shipping option, which has an estimated lead time of 2–5 working days. Since your parcel arrived on day 3, it was actually delivered well within that timeframe! “Came quickly. Nice handle. It doesn't contain the necessary screws so be prepared to get.them as you can not use normal counter sunk screws so you may need to search a bit. It would have been helpful if the screws had been included. The no VAT declaration was simply done”

We apologize that the necessary screws were not included and that this caused you to search. We omit standard screws because the item requires specialist fixings. The customer must select fixings appropriate for their specific wall type (e.g., brick, plasterboard) to ensure the safest installation possible.
