“Easy ordering, fast delivery with good communication. The product was as described and I am more than happy with it. However, not so happy with the delivery company DHL who did not deliver to my front door although I buzzed them in but rather left my parcel downstairs in the entrance hall.”

“Standard Delivery was quicker than I thought so that was good, however disappointed with the fact that the cover was white - all the pictures show green/blue which would have been more practical. Mum is happy with it though and no need for any inflating (which was the problem with the old one).”

Regarding the color, I completely understand the surprise. The product images are shot against a crisp white background; to ensure the product remains visible and doesn't "disappear" into the frame, we use specific studio lighting that can sometimes give the white material a slight cool-toned or blueish tint. I’m sorry if this made the cover look green or blue on your screen! We really appreciate your patience, and we're just happy to hear it's doing the job for your mum. “Seems to be helping by relieving pressure. It did start to be uncomfortable but when I looked into use more, advice was to build up gradually from 1 hour at most to begin with. That seems to be working for me. Am glad I didn’t go for the deeper one straight away as I think that would have been too much to start, perhaps when this one flattens with use. There is a lot of guidance available online regarding whether wedge shape or level shape is more suitable depending on your condition(s).”
