All fine except the grooves when screwing in,did not fit right,but managed to fix it to toilet pan,look to make sure the grooves fit proper,or you could send me spare 1 out,thanks.

My daughter was very happy with the cover but the instructions on how to attach to the wheelchair were not clear which is causing issues

Your company were great with good communication with my order which was easy to place. Unfortunately the DHL delivery was terrible. Original delivery day was cancelled with no communication from them. I had to ring them to find out what was going on! I eventually received my delivery several days later.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Ordered a high value item over the phone and it arrived within a couple of days, despite it being near to Christmas. Tina was really helpful on the phone and obviously extremely efficient. I’m sure that other suppliers would not have been able to act so promptly. Thank you.

Our Order was place late on 18th Dec. and you promptly despatched on 19th to DHL who received it on 19th and promised delivery on Tuesday 23. We are still waiting on 26thDEC.
