“My mother bought an electric wheelchair last year. A few months later, it developed a fault with the battery. They took it away to fix it. That was at the start of December 2025. Nearly two months later, they still haven't fixed it, or told us when it will be fixed, or offered a replacement. On the phone, they keep saying "We'll get back to you" but they never do.”

“I ordered a talking watch. I was a good price and arrived quite quickly. Only a couple of small problems. I obviously couldn't set it up myself due to sight impairment and my son had a lot o trouble with it. He managed to do it but it took a long time. Also, it is for a ladies wrist but it is quite tight on me. I don't usually have a problem with size as I my writs are firmly average. Anyone with slightly above which size wrists could have a problem?.”
