I purchased my Tga Breeze 4 with hard top just over six months ago, I was a bit aprehensive as you are so far away, but i was soon put at ease from purchase to delivery everyone was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. I am delighted with my scooter, me and my dog Belle can go out now no matter what the weather is in a reliable scooter. I know even though the warrenty has expired you are always there to help. Thank you all so much.

I purchased a scooter with Larry about a month ago. After giving it a go for about 3 weeks. I was not very happy with it. So I looked on their site again and saw what I thought to be a scooter better suited to me. I then telephoned Larry and explained I was not happy with the scooter I had bought and would like to change it for another make. I am pleased to say that without any argument whatsoever. Larry allowed me to change. Even though I was just over the time allotted. I payed the extra cost as, what I had picked was a little more expensive. The Scooter has been delivered. I have tested it and it does all I want of it and more. I reckon it is the best thing since sliced bread. Thanks Mobility Giant. In my experience, your are a company I would recommend anyone to deal with. Why? Because I'm as happy as Larry with my new scooter!! Sorry Larry, I had to get that one in. But it is true.

I Bought a TGA Mystere from Mobility Giant i was a bit apprehensive about buying a scooter online, but i needn't have worried they kept me informed from the moment i put in the order right through to delivery day i'm very impressed by there service and William was extremely helpful i give everybody at Mobility Giant 5 Stars for five star treatment, thank you very much for all the help. If you want a good Mobility Scooter go to mobility Giant you will not be disappointed, Thank You So very Much.

I am very pleased with my Rascal vision mobility scooter, Good value for money, excellent condition and delivered by a very helpful driver who took time to see that I could operate before leaving me to fend for myself. The staff at the company showed interest in my needs and made every effort to see that I was happy with my purchase. I can certainly recommend this company. Thank you Mobility Giants. XXX

My scooter was due on the 31st October 2017, on the 30th of October I received a call from mobility giant say they had done the last minute checks. On the Vanos Elite Galaxy 4 I had ordered and there was a problem with the breaks. They offered to send me a replacement scooter which was a higher specification than the one I had ordered. And suggested the Vanos Galaxy 2 which by the way was considerably more expensive. I accepted and waited for the promised delivery on the 31st. The van arrived at 1pm and the young man who unloaded it could not have been more helpful the scooter is beautiful and I cannot be more pleased with the whole experience from my initial phone call to the delivery of my beautiful scooter(Belle) the whole experience has been trouble free helpful and wonderful thank you to all the mobility giant team I have already recommended your service to some of my friends thank you once again I am very very pleased with my new transport

"If you purchase a mobility scooter or wheelchair with a large battery make sure you get what was advertised. I purchased a mobility scooter with the large battery pack and got the small battery pack. This was not sufficient for my needs and run out on two occasions. they promised a larger battery pack and as compensation I was told I could keep the small battery pack. This offer was later withdrawn so I was left with no compensation for shoddy service. Please check you get the correct battery size as might assume that you have the right size.\r\nI for one will never use or recommend this company and hope that Trading Standards check them out" The above was my original few of this company however since this they have done evrything to try and make things right and have supplied the complimentary battery as originally promised. I still cannot say any more about the original problem with the battery size as this was something I spotted and can noit say if the company would have picked up on this. I do beleive that they do their best and this could be a one of problem with my purchase and they promised that things have been improved to prevent this happening again. It was the offering of compensation and then withdrawing that which made me give the original bad statement. A company should sell the product as advertised and stick to any agreements made. I am very pleased with the purchase especially now that I have the larger battery pack and would consider buying another used Mobility Scooter from them in the future.

This was of course not done intentionally and the moment we were notified of this issue we arranged for the larger battery pack to be sent to you. We have since made measures to overcome the communication breakdown which lead to you believing we were not going to stick by our word and allow you to keep the spare battery pack as compensation. I want to say a big thankyou to Richard, Dan and Paul for the seamless acquisition of my Kymco Agility 8mph scooter which without trying beforehand has exceeded all expectations. The delivery man unpackaged it and rolled it off the pallet into the bike shed. It looks brand new..showroom condition. The charger plug had a rubber end so wouldn't fit flush into the socket as the plug point is set in a plastic casing which has a ledge on it. I phoned up and spoke to Dan and Paul and they replaced the charger which arrived the next day and when l opened the package they had put a large bar of chocolate in. I must say the speed and thoughtfulness blew me away so a big thank you guys. So having discussed my criteria with Richard in Sales we identified that l needed a scooter that was compact, high ground clearance and with good all round suspension due to osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and the Kymco agility which was launched in 2015 appeared to fit the bill. It was a gamble not having ever seen this model but i have used a kymco Midi which is similar. I cannot find words to describe how thrilled I am with this scooter, it's fabulous unlike my previous Days Strider ST#4D which although zippy, left my bones Jarring as i hit every bump on the road/ pavement. I did wonder when l was reading all these 5 star reviews if they were real but l can honestly say that the service from Mobility Giant has been outstanding from start to finish and l will definitely use them next time. When i get time i shall download some pics.

"I was most pleased with my scooter, when I removed the protecting cover it looked like it was a new one. The tyres were new and the paint work was immaculate. I am so pleased with the performance of the scooter it rides and drives like a new one. If you want the same satisfaction as me get your next scooter from the "Mobility Giant Ltd"

I purchased my TGA Breeze S4 GT from mobility giant in May 2016 and was delighted by both the condition of the scooter and the service received from Larry and Paul. I reported an issue which I had with the machine to Mobility Giant last Friday, and although it was out of their warranty period, they accepted my query concerning the expected life of the parts afected, immediately arranging to send me "free of any charge", brand new replacements which I received today, Monday. In my experience this quality of "Customer Service" is quite exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential customers, family and friends.

Excellent service they did all they promised, the scooter is in prestene condition, ordered on Friday and delivered well packed and protected on the following Friday. Highly recommended

I have just bought a used scooter from Mobility Giant and am pleased to say that the service I received was excellent. The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, informative and efficient. Delivery time was quick and the scooter is in perfect condition. Although I had bought and paid for it, when the price was dropped (on the day of delivery) Mobility Giant immediately refunded the extra money I had paid over the sale price. There aren't many companies which would do that! I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly buy from them again.

Having come to the decision that the time is now to buy a scooter, the Internet was the best place to look! Bombarded with companies advertising theirs was the best, I had to think hard which looked the right one for me. I came across Mobility Giant. They were clear in their advert and I could actually communicate via typing to the person who were obviously ready for my questions. Everything was very clear. The member of staff then telephoned me. We had a clear discussion about my requirements and how the process works. I was then quite happy to go ahead with the purchase. Four days later my lovely scooter arrived ! I am so very happy with it, and it does everything I was told it would do and more. Very clear instructions. I'm thrilled and wouldn't hesitate To buy anything again with the company. They are Fantastic. Thank you Mobility Giant.

I ordered a mobility scooter from Mobility Giant, which was delivered by Palletline yesterday. While I have nothing but praise for Mobility Giant in the very helpful way in which they assisted me with my purchase and the painstaking way that they helped me through the the form filling to get my new Class 3 scooter registered, their choice of Palletline as a courier was lamentable. While I was assured by Mobility Giant that my scooter would be delivered in a four hour time slot, unpacked and the pallet on which it arrived would be taken away, this did not happen. It arrived half an hour early and it was only by chance that I was in. But worse was to happen. The scooter was not unpacked and left in my garage still on its pallet and it is still there since the pallet was far too thick to allow the scooter to be driven off without becoming stuck or damaged because of its low ground clearance. The driver took no notice of my protesting that, because of my age and disability, I could not cope with unpacking the pallet nor disposing of it. He just got back into his van and drove off leaving me with a scooter that I could not use because it was too heavy for a fit person, let alone an invalid, to manhandle off the pallet I hope that Mobility Giant will not be using this courier again. Hello Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. First of all, I am extremely pleased that the service we provided was excellent, I am however very sorry for any inconveniences that the delivery may have caused. We deliver vast numbers of scooter per week so it is not possible for us to deliver every one by hand. We did tell you ahead of time that the scooter would arrive to you by pallet but would be fully assembled, charged and ready to go straight away. At this stage we ask you if this form of delivery would be okay and we also advise that a friend or family member be available to help in the unpacking of the scooter, and if need be having it arranged for a Saturday morning delivery if that makes it easier to have someone available. If no one is available to help, then a hand delivery can be arranged but unless we know this ahead of time it will be sent by pallet. The courier driver is not an employee of ours so unfortunately they are not obliged to take the pallet away, however we find that if you ask the driver to help that 9 times out of 10 they are more than willing to go that extra mile. We have taken your review seriously and we will be taking actions to eradicate this from happening in the future. Once again we really appreciate your feedback, as feedback direct from you will only keep us improving the already excellent service that we provide.
