A friend of mine only owed a few months in arrears for the scooter she had. The staff claimed she owed 6 month’s on it, which was a lie. She only owed 4 month’s. When she enquired about getting the scooter fixed, the engineer came out, & said he won’t be long with the scooter. The engineer seized the scooter lying on the door cam about fetching it back. The director broke the agreement that she made to pay on that precise date. 2 vans turned up on the date that the mobility scooter was seized, not given their own intentions, used dishonesty & lies to seize the scooter. I can’t say much about buying the mobility scooter’s from the company, but a complete joke of a business to extort to dishonesty to seize the scooter. Honesty would have been the right way to deal with the situation at hand. If you get yourself into arrears with a mobility scooter from this company, that’s the treatment that you might get. When my friend spoke to the director, he was very patronising & extremely rude, which isn’t the way to handle a call to a very upset customer, especially with a learning disability. I will press on to say avoid this company at all time’s with leasing out a scooter. May I add, people’s circumstances do change, & as a director of the business, he should be aware of this.

Had scooter for 2 yrs , broke down waited 5 hours for recovery , driver said he got the job 20 before that , not helpful at all , driver was great , not happy have to wait 6 days for replacement as I’m stuck , with my dad very ill atm , I think they could have been a bit more helpful, after speaking to William he was more than helpful and resolved the issues and it’s all sorted now , waiting for a new scooter but have a loan one to use for now , thank you William for all your help

After purchasing a scooter from Mobility Giant I wrote a review that explained my disappointment. Nothing can change my experience. However, I would like to say that the company have accepted total responsibility and given me a full refund. My father passed away and didn’t get to use his scooter. I would just like to say that it is appreciated that you contacted me with such speed and arranged a full refund and return of the scooter. Although things dodn’t go well for me, you are obviously a very honest and sincere company
