My scooter delivered by Raul. Delighted with polite, professional service. Scooter immaculate, apart from puncture. Puncture now fixed . All in all very pleased with on line service.

We hired a scooter from this company as my wife’s mobility was compromised due to her requiring hip replacement surgery . She tried the machine and quickly found riding the scooter made her pain much worse due to the jostling it caused,I contacted the company to say that this machine wasn’t going to be appropriate for my wife’s needs and was confident the company would stand by their money back guarantee as I made them aware within the 14 day cooling off period.I was quickly told that it was a years contract and that there was nothing they could do. This machine has been in our spare room for a year and hasn’t been used. I contacted the company to arrange a pick up date to collect after the year and because it was taken out on the 17th of November,I would have to pay another her months rent. From the beginning I felt pressured to pay the contract and have paid diligently. Despite letting them know from the beginning, we could not use it, assured by the advertised guarantee which was not honoured. The team are professional I’ll say that much. I was then contacted by William who stated that he was unaware of the previous contact that I had made with the company, informing them that we could not use the scooter. He was very professional and apologetic and offered not to charge me the month of November and refunded 2 previous months payments despite the terms and conditions of their contract. I appreciate the offer but would like the company to stick by their guarantee set out in the beginning. I also believe this has been a miscommunication between William and his employees as this situation seems to be an exception and not the rule as to how this company conducts business as reading the numerous excellent reviews, it seems illogical that this company would force a customer to pay rent on equipment they have never used. I’m confident Mobility Giant will review the communication policy and perhaps offer more training to its staff.

After our phone call, I am happy that I have resolved the issue. we 100% stand by our 14 day cooling off period, unless you were out of this period, then we would have happily cancelled the contract the collected the scooter at no cost to you. scooter deliverd today 28/09/2020 told batterys charged ready to , yes sure went 6 miles batterys when dead contacted company well ? had to push scooter quite a distance untill got picked up, also steering not right, appart from that scooter looks lovely, try again tommorow, nerves,

Having personally spoken to you yesterday it was great that we have managed to organise swapping your scooter over to a new one which will be with you shortly. Mobility Giant could not have been more helpful if they had tried. I was looked after by Sales in all aspects, the delivery man was very helpful and aware of my age and limits. As a RAF Veteran I got a discount, not a lot but well appreciated all the same, and I will be letting my fellow Veterans know how well you fared. I have now got to do some mileage and test my new machine.

Very helpful staff. Price for the scooter was very reasonable. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery let it down.... not delivered on the day I was expecting and did not receive a phone call to inform me and when it was finally delivered it was 2 hours later than given.

"If you purchase a mobility scooter or wheelchair with a large battery make sure you get what was advertised. I purchased a mobility scooter with the large battery pack and got the small battery pack. This was not sufficient for my needs and run out on two occasions. they promised a larger battery pack and as compensation I was told I could keep the small battery pack. This offer was later withdrawn so I was left with no compensation for shoddy service. Please check you get the correct battery size as might assume that you have the right size.\r\nI for one will never use or recommend this company and hope that Trading Standards check them out" The above was my original few of this company however since this they have done evrything to try and make things right and have supplied the complimentary battery as originally promised. I still cannot say any more about the original problem with the battery size as this was something I spotted and can noit say if the company would have picked up on this. I do beleive that they do their best and this could be a one of problem with my purchase and they promised that things have been improved to prevent this happening again. It was the offering of compensation and then withdrawing that which made me give the original bad statement. A company should sell the product as advertised and stick to any agreements made. I am very pleased with the purchase especially now that I have the larger battery pack and would consider buying another used Mobility Scooter from them in the future.

This was of course not done intentionally and the moment we were notified of this issue we arranged for the larger battery pack to be sent to you. We have since made measures to overcome the communication breakdown which lead to you believing we were not going to stick by our word and allow you to keep the spare battery pack as compensation.
