Having come to the decision that the time is now to buy a scooter, the Internet was the best place to look! Bombarded with companies advertising theirs was the best, I had to think hard which looked the right one for me. I came across Mobility Giant. They were clear in their advert and I could actually communicate via typing to the person who were obviously ready for my questions. Everything was very clear. The member of staff then telephoned me. We had a clear discussion about my requirements and how the process works. I was then quite happy to go ahead with the purchase. Four days later my lovely scooter arrived ! I am so very happy with it, and it does everything I was told it would do and more. Very clear instructions. I'm thrilled and wouldn't hesitate To buy anything again with the company.
